Marketing Content Associate – 20‑40 hours/week, EST schedule.

Location: Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with growth and brand goals.
• Create a variety of compelling content formats: blog articles, web copy, social media posts, email campaigns, video scripts, and sales & partner assets.
• Tailor content for key segments: first‑time homebuyers, individuals denied mortgage applications, realtors and lenders, community organizations.
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to boost organic visibility.
• Continuously monitor and optimize content based on performance data.
• Maintain a cohesive brand tone across all content assets, ensuring clarity, empathy, and trustworthiness.
