Rally by The Court is a premium padel destination located within L’Eminence Golf & Resort Lembang. We are building one of Indonesia’s most exciting sports, hospitality, and lifestyle communities through padel, wellness, events, and meaningful social connections.

POSITION: MARKETING & COMMUNITY COORDINATOR
This is not a traditional marketing role.
We are looking for someone who can build community, create activations, generate bookings, and grow revenue through partnerships, events, and player engagement.
Your mission is simple:
• Fill courts
• Grow community
• Drive repeat bookings
• Generate revenue
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and manage Rally’s player community
• Organize weekly Americano, social play, beginner clinics, ladies programs, and tournaments
