You have between one and three years of hands-on experience with configuring marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Braze), campaign development, and improving customer engagement.
You are passionate about marketing and customer engagement, and you understand how to translate marketing goals into solutions that improve metrics such as conversion, retention, or customer satisfaction.
