About the Role

Mamitas is looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing & Growth Associate who will oversee social media strategy, partnerships, and brand exposure initiatives.

You will manage our social media platforms, lead influencer collaborations, and drive campaigns that contribute to measurable business growth.

This role combines strategy, execution, and performance tracking.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

• Manage and oversee Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts
• Plan and maintain the monthly content calendar
• Schedule and publish posts, stories, and campaigns
• Write captions aligned with brand voice
• Monitor engagement and respond strategically (not basic CS, but brand-level engagement)

Campaign & Growth Planning

• Develop and execute monthly marketing plans
• Structure seasonal promotions and launches
• Align content strategy with revenue goal...
