Email Marketing Assistant On- Site / Centro Cívico — Full Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm EST / Lima, Perú Overview We're looking for a highly technical and detail-oriented Email Deliverability Specialist to take full ownership of our outbound email infrastructure. Your mission is to ensure high inbox placement, clean sender reputation, system stability, and scalable outbound performance using the company's multi-domain setups. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys diagnostics, systems thinking, and maintaining high‑volume email operations. What You'll Do Own and optimize Smartlead campaign architecture Manage inbox warm-up schedules and sending caps Enforce pacing controls across inboxes, domains, and daily limits Monitor key deliverability indicators (bounce, spam placement, replies, reputation) Troubleshoot and resolve SPF / DKIM / DMARC issues Address issues like throttling, reputation drops, and domain anomalies Build technical 8–12 step outbound campai...
