Purpose of the Role
The Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing and Business Development functions of both an external client and RXG by creating, editing, and managing high-quality social media content. This role focuses on delivering consistent, engaging content that accurately reflects the capabilities, professionalism, and brand standards of both organisations.
Scope of Social Media Management
- Platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Posting Frequency: 3–4 posts per platform per week

- Plan, develop, and maintain a structured content calendar to ensure consistent posting across all platforms.
