About the Role
Maintain an organized recording of all important documents, contracts, marketing inventories; assist the Head and Product Managers in various tasks; coordination with various departments
Assist in execution of marketing campaigns
Accomplish campaign expense forecasts, track expenses and liquidate
Liase with Principal re demo unit requirements
Monitor leads for product lines sourced from campaigns (event, tradeshows, etc.) LQ team, etc.
Monitor incentive programs and accomplish incentive fulfillments forms.
Help track claims for marketing plans covered by Principal funds.
Maintain and update sharepoint filles:
Organizational chart
- Rebate structure
Monitor for Principal Marketing Plans and Funds
Coordinate with Finance re gift certificates inventory
