Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Oil and Gas Industry and exposure in marine logistic operations including HSSE scope.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office is essential and SAP is advantageous.
• Able to write and speak English as need to communicate with a wide range of people from all levels.
• Knowledge in personnel and material movement including vessel voyage management.
• Ability to think logically and critically and solve problems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, leadership and the ability to influence others.
• Be able to work under considerable pressure dictated by deadline and independently with minimum supervision, be confident, able to communicate effectively and able to make minor decision within the scope of assigned responsibilities.
• Above all, be trustworthy to safeguard all confidential information.
