Responsibilities
Internal auditing by taking responsibility to find any missed or incorrect invoicing compared with deal commitments has been done between Lotus and suppliers. Conducting a reconciliation of Commercial Income and tracking recovery audits as a report to all related parties.Maintaining the claims database to ensure its accuracy and compliance with set procedures.Working closely with Buyers, Finance Managers, and Suppliers to expedite claim closures, answer queries, support with additional data requirements, and expedite the resolution of all claims submitted.Working and Coordinating with the Commercial income team for missing income collection process within the timeline.Verifying data, and calculating compensation with various promotion mechanics.Preparing missing income Database, Reports, and Data Support as assigned.Supporting Ad-hoc p...
