Experience
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales/calling preferred
- Freshers are also welcome
Requirements
- Must have a Laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Must be fluent in Marathi & English in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Generate and qualify potential leads
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain customer relationships
- Maintain daily call records and reports
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
