Job Description

• Lead the RFQ process, ensuring feasibility analysis is completed prior to quotation and that proposals are competitive, accurate, and delivered on time
• Review and approve manufacturing costs during the quotation stage
• Proactively manage New Product Introduction (NPI) programs to meet all customer milestones related to quality, delivery, service, and cost
• Oversee NPI activities and coordinate start-up of new production lines
• Lead cross-functional program teams including production, quality, engineering, and materials
