About the Role
Position Summary:
Responsible for daily production support shift by shift from technical perspective.
Key Job Areas of Responsibilities
Responsible for new operator training & assessing to good lever of skill
Responsible for production equipment/tooling/process/parameter check in case of abnormality
Responsible for daily Andon reaction by RPS and following escalation process to engineers
Responsible for continuous improvement by kaizen, cycle time, change over, standard work, 5s etc.
Education / Qualifications
High School degree minimum
Technical Degree Preferred
Experience
2 – 5 years’ experience in assembly plant/process (tightening, camera, robot, leak testing, balancing etc.) with experience in electronics factories and clean room preferred
