Description
Technical Leadership & Decision-Making
Lead technical assessments during Passdown, DRB (Disturbance Review Board), and issue discussion meetings.
Make informed technical judgments and consolidate conclusions for management team alignment.
Ensure decisions follow structured analysis, risk evaluation, and operational priorities.
Issue Ownership & Troubleshooting Management
Own high-impact, recurring, and long-disturbance issues and oversee troubleshooting until resolution.
Coordinate resources across YieldStar lines to ensure effective and sustainable solutions.
Identify risks, constraints, and escalation triggers, initiating corrective actions as needed.
