Position Overview

As the Technical Operator, you’re a key member of the wider Kettering Team that plays a critical part in supporting the plant's overall business plans and objectives. This role includes 8.5‑hour shifts, rotating between early, late, and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Compliance with plant practices, policies, and procedures.
• Ownership of the production area and creation of a safe and efficient work environment.
