Responsibilities
- Leadership the production team
- Manage the process engineering team
- Union relationship
- Focus on safety, quality and productivity
- Manage the productivity actions
- Lead the team to reduce scrap
- Focus on standard work adherence
- Manage Investments (Capex) for improvements
- Problem solving 100% of the time focused on safety, reducing quality issues and scrap, and delivering productivity.
