Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Description:

Handles manufacturing section/s whose primary role is to ensure that all activities are done in a systematic and accurate approach for consistent product availability, optimum yield results, and excellent product quality.

Expected to embody the management directives through operating processes rationalization, waste and cost reduction, finished goods requirements affirmation and employee supervision.

Spearheads the team in planning and exceeding the required target output taking into consideration all facets of production (off-take requirement, material planning, equipment availability, manpower requirement, line balancing, and production methodology).

Assures compliance to management protocols, operational standards, and regulatory requirements to prevent any critical losses that may affect the overall operations. Ensure as well that the ideal manufacturing model are religiously followed and put into culture in the production line.
