In this role, you will lead advanced quality processes in new product development, ensure effective use of tools and methods, and foster a strong culture of quality. You will collaborate across multiple teams, deliver sustainable solutions, and make a direct impact on product performance and customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Determine the data driven top customer field issues list, verify an owner is assigned and status is reported weekly.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions through problem solving process. Evaluate completed corrective actions and ensure effectiveness of actions. Recommend appropriate remedial activities.
