Conformity of Production (COP) - Prepare and make application to Authorities for COP statements and track to ensure timely receipt. Study and update/establish Regulatory requirements to new/existing pan-EU procedures. Support the team to further enhance the framework to ensure Regulatory compliance of our EMC’s.
In-Service Emission Conformity (ISC) - Support the team to prepare, plan and coordinate the execution of emission testing of in-service Toyota/Lexus vehicles in cooperation with TME R&D.
Support the planning and execution of EMC audits to ensure Built in Quality and regulation conformity.
Maintain export parts Quality system, conduct monthly meetings with EMC’s and take action to coordinate timeous closure of quality issues in conjunction with export Suppliers.
