About the Role

- Designing and developing new
manufacturing processes and systems to enhance efficiency,
productivity, and quality. - Analyzing and
optimizing existing processes to improve performance, reduce waste,
and ensure consistent product quality. - Implementing and maintaining process control strategies
to ensure smooth production operations that meet quality
standards. - Collaborating with
multidisciplinary technical teams to implement and integrate new
technologies and processes into existing or new systems. - Evaluating and recommending new equipment and
technologies to enhance manufacturing processes and stay
competitive in the industry.
- A completed MSc or PhD in Engineering or an equivalent
qualification. - A minimum of 5 years of
experience as a Manufacturing Process Technologist or in a similar
role.
