About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Process Supervisor to lead and manage our manufacturing operations at the Tanay Plant. This role is critical in ensuring that production targets are consistently met while maintaining high standards in quality, safety, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Production Operations & Planning
Lead and supervise multiple production mixing lines
Develop and implement monthly semi-finished goods production plans
Ensure alignment between semi-finished and finished goods planning
Monitor daily operations and ensure production targets are met
Conduct time and motion studies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Team Leadership
Supervise a team of 15 Production Charging Operators, 4 Leadmen, and 2 Technicians
