About the Role
Senior Process Engineer, designing/defining the process specifications and implementing manufacturing systems for new products and technologies and improving existing manufacturing systems with good process capabilities; as part of an industrial team representing Batam factory Manufacturing Operations in I+D project team (based on either Singapore, Netherlands or USA) & Interfacing with I&D/Category for PDLM/NPI project activities.

+ All technical aspects of industrialization activities, including designing for manufacturing, assembly and testability, defining process specifications for new technologies and processes, improving existing manufacturing systems, managing/monitoring the process capabilities of part manufacturing with secondary processes and/or product assembly for New Product Introduction (NPI) for home and personal care appliances or equivalent, with cycle time ranging from 2 sec to 12 sec with automated / semi-automated / manual assembly...
