About the Role
- Design, implement, and standardize manufacturing systems to support a fast-growing operation
- Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant
- Identify process bottlenecks and drive productivity, efficiency, and cost reduction improvements
- Develop and implement KPIs to monitor performance (OEE, cycle time, scrap, throughput)
- Optimize production processes including flow, capacity, and line balancing
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance
- Act as a hands-on leader on the shop floor, driving execution and operational discipline
