Key Responsibilities – NPI & Program Leadership
- Own multiple concurrent EMS NPI programs across customers and product families
- Lead NPI execution from RFQ support, design transfer, prototype, pilot, and ramp-up to mass production
- Ensure customer milestones are met on time and within quality and cost targets
- Act as senior technical escalation point during NPI issues and factory stops
Technical Leadership (EMS / PCBA)
- Drive DFM, DFA, and DFT reviews for PCB, PCBA, and box-build assemblies
- Review and challenge PCB fabrication data, assembly drawings, stack-ups, and BOM risks
