About the Role

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations Support:
Support operations by completing investigations on various topics;
Participate in the modification of engineering documents. (Technical drawing and inspection sheet);
Plan, execute, and document tests to address various production issues;
Develop templates and jigs for support and production teams;
Be the point person for technical questions from our teams in contact with our suppliers;
Participate in the transfer of prototypes to production;
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
 
Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization:
Develop strategies to improve manufacturing flows and processes for sub-assemblies and systems; 
Ensure the integration of manufacturing processes into the Manufacturing Execution System (MES); 
Evaluate equipment and tooling needs for manufacturing.
