Job SummaryProvides supervision and direction to subordinates engaged in process, manufacturing, test, and quality engineering assignments related to the development, transition to production, and full manufacturing/production execution of electromechanical, electronic and software intensive products and subassemblies.
Functions as a technical advisor regarding tasks, projects, and operations.
Establishes and maintains plans, objectives, policies and procedures for an engineering unit.
Proceeding on own initiative, makes engineering personnel assignments and advises other manufacturing organizations in support of Company-wide projects and activities.
This position typically works under limited supervision.
