Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Education and Experience•Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. •Minimum 5–8 years' experience in engineering or manufacturing electronic operations. (SMT, TH, Box Build) •3–4 years in an engineering management or supervisory role. •Experience with Manufacturing processes, product development, ECR's Management, Continuous improvement initiatives, cost reporting and manufacturing transitions. •APQP experience required Qualifications •Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. •Proven leadership abilities with experience managing professional staff. •Strong understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. •Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Red X, Shainin and continuous improvement methodologies. •Strong English proficiency; bilingual English/Spanish •Understanding of patent processes and technical documentation. •Hands-on approach and ability to wor...
