Job Description :

Manufacturing Engineering Leadership
-Lead and manage the Manufacturing Engineering team to support production readiness, NPI, and part transfer activities.
-Define engineering strategies, priorities, and execution plans aligned with business and production goals.
-Mentor and develop engineers to enhance technical competency and execution efficiency.

NPI & Part Transfer Management
-Own and drive NPI and part transfer activities from concept through production release.
-Plan, execute, and track Machine Buy-Off (MBO) activities to achieve a target of 6 MBOs per week.
-Ensure all processes, tooling, and documentation meet internal and customer requirements prior to MBO approval.

Machining & Technical Expertise
-Provide technical leadership in machining processes, including CNC milling, turning, and secondary operations.
