About the Role

Summary
: Lead and support the process engineering team in developing processes for cost estimating purposes, perform manufacturability reviews for internal product design engineering and process reviews in program launch meetings at manufacturing plants. Essential Functions: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Oversee/Coordinate teams priorities in developing processes and cycle times from customer supplied drawings/math data. Must be familiar with fabrication and machining processes.
Process reviews with team members to ensure accuracy that all processes, cycle times and external processes/quotes meet the requirements of the TDP/customer RFQ. Approved processes to be submitted to Sales department for customer submittal.
Oversee/Coordinate teams priorities in performing manufacturability reviews to support product design. Providing feedback on drawing specifications, tolerancing, material types, GD&T, etc.
