Manufacturing Engineering and CNC Programmer Supervisor

Position Goal

Leads the manufacturing engineering and CNC programming teams for the Winnipeg Transcona Fabco operations, ensuring strong technical direction and daily production support. Drives manufacturing readiness including equipment uptime, process capability, and workflow coordination to enable the consistent, on‑time delivery of high‑quality fabricated parts.

Essential Functions

• Provide manufacturing engineering supervision, ensuring that manufacturing cells are properly supported.
• Provide CNC programmer coordinator supervision, ensuring that manufacturing cells are properly supported.
• Ensures product manufacturing, processes and projects are designed to be completed safely.
• Participate in safety investigations and provide corrective measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.
