• Identify, scope, and execute Continuous Improvement (CI) projects to optimize quality, safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.


• Conduct root cause analyses and propose long- and short-term solutions for production issues.


• Lead or support cross-functional project teams to implement new processes, equipment, or product introductions.


• Collaborate with international Cimpress teams to align on projects and share best practices.
