Junior Manufacturing Engineer – Material Handling Automation

Primary Responsibility:
Assist in managing workshop operations focused on fabricating and machining components for automated industrial machines.
Key Duties & Expectations:
Learn to interpret manufacturing drawings to guide fabrication and machining processes
Support the design of systems, equipment, and processes for new product introduction or improvements
✅ Perform quality checks on finished components with guidance from senior staff
Coordinate with operators/laborers to ensure smooth shop floor activities
Help develop and maintain daily manufacturing plans
Participate in planning the availability of raw materials and finished goods
Maintain basic statistical records and collaborate with finance professionals to understand budgeting
