+ Develop, implement, and optimise manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety
+ Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by designing and validating manufacturing methods, tooling, and layouts
+ Collaborate with design, quality, and operations teams to ensure manufacturability and smooth production handover
+ Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues
+ Create and maintain process documentation including work instructions, PFMEAs, and control plans
