Reporting to the Manager Engineering, this role involves planning, directing, and coordinating manufacturing processes to provide technical support throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing processes.
Design and optimize manufacturing processes within schedule and budget parameters.
Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods and workflows.
Define equipment maintenance requirements and troubleshoot equipment failures.
Collaborate with engineering teams and customers to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
Participate in PFMEA and control plan development for new products.
Write and update work instructions, specifications, and procedures.
Analyze and design equipment layouts and workspace for maximum efficiency.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure effective tooling and product design.
