Manufacturing Engineer

Eaton's IS VEH EMB division is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer.
**What you'll do**:**Primary Function**:Responsible for designing, validating, and implementing manufacturing systems, including processes, documentation, PFMEA plans, and optimization throughout the product lifecycle.As an engineer, you seek and promote continuous improvement in manufacturing processes for both current and transferred businesses.
**Essential Functions**:1 Supports the Production Area and contributes to achieving the High Five metrics of the focus factory.2
Participates in Tier meetings related to the focus factory, safety assessments, and generates JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and MOC (Management of Changes).3
