About the Role

  • Process Control, Optimization & Continuous Improvement
  • Analyze existing production lines to eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and lower manufacturing cost using lean manufacturing methodologies.

  • Design, balance, and optimize assembly lines, workstation layouts, and material workflows.

  • Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, manufacturing routings, standard rates, and work instructions.
  • Equipment, Tooling & Automation
  • Design, source, and implement fixtures, jigs, and specialized tooling to improve manufacturing repeatability and ergonomics.

  • Identify opportunities for automation or equipment upgrades; author equipment specification and mange vendor timelines.

  • Lead equipment installation, qualification, and validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ).

  • Troubleshoot PLC programming, motion control systems, and software integrations comprising a production line.
