About the Role

Your Contribution

You will be responsible for managing and controlling manufacturing operations to ensure product quality, production efficiency, manpower development, safety, and continuous improvement. Drive PDCA, problem-solving, waste elimination, and production innovation to achieve manufacturing goals.
Oversee daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Monitor product quality, lead problem‑solving activities, and drive PDCA for continuous improvement.

Manage manpower, assign tasks, and develop operator skills through training and coaching.

Ensure machines, tools, and equipment are in good working condition and support uninterrupted production.

Improve production processes, eliminate waste, and implement KAIZEN, 5S, and standard work.

Coordinate cross‑functional teams to resolve production issues and support new product or process changes.
