About the Role
As a MANUFACTURING ENGINEER you will ensure that measurement tools are used to track production performance and validate compliance with business indicators.
You will report to the Plant Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**
- You will adequacy of the Operational Discipline Procedures and Plans.
- Work on Production Information Analysis to identify ongoing changes to Plant processes and update the system.
- Daily update of performance records and process conditions.
- Ensure that Action Plans generated are completed.
- Ensure that measurement tools are in place to track production performance, raw material conversion and asset use.
- You will develop continuous improvement activities.
- Strategy development and monitoring.
- Prepare presentations / executive reports.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related career.
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing areas.
