About the Role
Copello are working with a specialist Defence Technology client in the recruitment of a Continuous Improvement Engineer.
This role focuses on driving Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives across engineering and production environments, supporting the delivery of complex, high-quality solutions in challenging operational settings.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve flow, quality, cost and delivery performance
* Applying structured problem-solving methodologies such as DMAIC, 8D, Root Cause Analysis and Practical Problem Solving
* Working closely with operations, engineering and supply chain teams to deliver sustainable operational improvements
* Supporting electronics and electro-mechanical assembly and test processes
* Driving root cause analysis and resolution of non-conformances
* Coaching teams in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and embedding a strong continuous...
