Manufacturing Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with strong injection molding expertise to support the design, development, and manufacturing of EV charging equipment and consumer-facing products . This role involves direct interaction with suppliers and tooling vendors to ensure plastic components meet performance, safety, quality, and cost requirements for high-volume production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop injection-molded plastic components for EV charging systems (enclosures, housings, covers, brackets, connectors) and consumer products
• Work closely with suppliers, mold makers, and contract manufacturers to review part designs, mold designs, and manufacturing feasibility (DFM/DFA)
• Lead supplier technical discussions on tooling design, mold flow analysis, material selection, cycle time, and cost optimization
