About the Role
Company and Role Overview:
We are a fast-growing EV manufacturing company producing electric cycles and key electronic components, including lithium battery packs, BLDC motors, chargers, displays, and controllers. We are looking for a technically strong Manufacturing Engineer to drive process optimization, improve production efficiency, and support operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize manufacturing processes for EV assemblies and electronic components
- Improve productivity through line balancing, layout optimization, and process enhancements
- Develop SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S)
- Lead RCA and CAPA for production issues
- Monitor KPIs such as OEE, rejection, downtime, and cycle time
