About the Role
Role PurposeDesign and develop manufacturing processes that ensurecapacity, stability, quality, productivity, and safetyfor both current processes and new programs. Analyze project quotation data to establish technical and operational objectives.
Design manufacturing processes aligned with production feasibility and requirements.
Develop production processes that meet quality, capacity, and productivity targets using standard operating methods and proper machine setup.
Standardize processes across similar operations and different machines to reduce tooling and equipment inventory while simplifying setup and operation.
Ensure continuous cost reduction by developing processes that are more cost-efficient than existing production lines or processes.
Monitor key performance indicators, especiallytool life metrics.
Collaborate closely with Production, Maintenance, Tooling, Presenting, Engineering, and Quality teams.
