Manufacturing Engineer

Our manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Strong expertise in manufacturing cost structures, product costing systems, and material consumption analysis
• Proven experience performing time studies, process validation, workflow optimization, and waste reduction initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kanban, VSM, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, Pull Systems) and drive cross‑functional improvement projects.
• Experience with ERP systems and process mapping to ensure cost accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, cost engineering, or continuous improvement within metal‑mechanical environments
