Overview
Electrom Instruments is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented and hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to lead the efforts to improveour manufacturing processes and quality management and control. This role focuses on optimizing production processes, improving product quality, and increasing efficiency through data-driven analysis and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate enjoys working closely with the production team, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical manufacturing issues, and translating engineering intent into robust, repeatable manufacturing processes.
