**MANUFACTURING ENGINEER - ASSEMBLY**
**Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Prepare assembly process WI and PFMEA for new product
+ Discuss with QE and Production to confirm the WI and PFMEA
+ Update the WI and PFMEA according to the request of customer audit or quality improvement or EC etc.
+ WI training for operator in order to standardize the machine operation or process
+ Modify the tooling according to the request of customer or quality improvement or EC or efficiency improvement etc.
+ Complete and publish the revised tooling drawing in order to adapt for EC and improvement request
+ Cooperate with QE and Production to revise related documents (WI & PFMEA etc.) for customer audit
+ Cooperate with QE and Production to find the root cause and correct action for customer complaint in order to satisfy the customer
