About the Role
Position Summary: Responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and compliance with cleanliness requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and optimize machining, washing, and assembly processes.
Implement and maintain cleaning and flushing systems.
Improve process capability and reduce variation.
Support process validation, launches, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Quality to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering.
3+ years in manufacturing engineering (automotive preferred).
Experience with machining, assembly, and cleaning processes.
Experience with quality tools (8 D, PFMEA, SPC).
Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma is a plus.
