Electronics & PCBA Failure Analysis
Perform failure analysis on failed PCBAs and electronic, electromechanical components returned from production or test.Troubleshoot electronics issues using schematics, test data, logs, and measurement tools.Identify systematic vs random failures and recommend corrective actions to reduce scrap and rework.Support containment, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for electronics-related issues.Analyze electronics failure trends at instrument and sub-assembly level and propose improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis.Work with Quality, Production, and R&D to implement corrective and preventive actions.Test Engineering & Software Support
