Manufacturing Engineer

Key Responsibities:

• Develop, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes and workflows
• Provide technical support to production to resolve process and quality issues
• Prepare and update process documentation (work instructions, SOPs, routing)
• Analyze production data to improve efficiency, yield, and cycle time
• Support new product introduction (NPI), tooling, and process validation
• Work closely with Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 6S)
• Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and quality standards

Requirements:

• Degree or Master in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering
• 3–5 years experience in manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production flow
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications
