POSITION OBJECTIVE
Leadershipand administration of a group of engineers and technicians, serving as a primary guide to them in order to achieve departamental goals and objectives
through a performance assessment and supporting them on their profesional development
LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Management of a team of professional and technical employees participating actively in their personal development plan.
- Create and manage the budget and forecast.
-Create a master plan of the projects and activities aligned with Engineering and CFC BSC Key process indicators.
-Create daily and weekly internal governance to follow up on master plan deviations and always assess risks along with IE manager and key stakeholders.
