Manufacturing And Process Engineer (Fresh Graduate Only)
Job Description
+ Assist in attending to and troubleshooting wafer testing issues, such as low yield and test site problems, under guidance from senior engineers.
+ Support process integration activities for New Product Introduction (NPI) and new process flows, with opportunities to learn hands-on semiconductor processes.
+ Provide technical support to production teams to help improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and cycle time, while developing problem-solving skills.
+ Assist in customer audits and the preparation of process specifications and related technical documentation.
+ Practice good housekeeping and safety awareness, and follow company and department rules, regulations, and discipline standards at all times.
