Manual Underwriting Manager

Position Title : Manual Underwriting Manager Location : Mexico City Responsibilities Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a high-performing team of local manual review / fraud analysis. Develop the team's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, and performance metrics (KPIs) focused on both efficiency and accuracy. Manage team scheduling, queue assignments, and daily workflow to ensure timely review of all escalated applications. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the review queue, ensuring all cases are analyzed based on established policies. Act as the final decision-maker for complex or high-risk applications, with a primary focus on identifying and preventing fraud. Train the team to analyze suspicious patterns, data inconsistencies, and documents that the automated system flagged as uncertain.
